Benchmarking

Goal

The thirteen university libraries of the UKB partnership measure and compare their key figures by means of benchmarking. The data relate to, among other things, the distribution of the budget, collection development and the effectiveness of the services. The instrument is regularly adjusted to respond to new developments in the library and in the world around us. Knowledge is actively shared between the various participants. The figures and results of the benchmarking are only accessible to UKB members.
The Benchmarking working group is responsible for the collection of the figures, and it checks and validates the data and draws up key figures, which are presented in a dashboard.
