The User Experience (UX) working group works on community building, knowledge sharing and collaboration on the broad spectrum of UX activities within university libraries.<\/p>\n
The User Experience working group aims at providing a community for librarians who are involved in UX activities. The group shares knowledge about UX techniques, tries to identify where collaboration is possible, and facilitates training courses. It wishes to provide a solid foundation for User Experience in libraries.<\/p>\n
Twice a year, the working group organises a meeting day based on a specific theme. In addition, it sends out a few newsletters every year, which can be found in the UKB Teams environment. This is also where other documents are shared and where any questions can be asked.<\/p>\n
