This is an initiative of <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">UKB<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. The aim of the award is to highlight Open Science initiatives and thereby encourage and inspire others. For this Award, we ask for nominations to be sent in. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">PROCEDURE<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Please complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfkK13H_y3dAmRYYczan5lMhqKMoRUzIQ-3tu9r1K2Rh321gw\/viewform?usp=preview\">nomination form <\/a>in full by 1 September. You can nominate yourself or someone else.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The jury will announce a first selection of nominations in mid-September, based on the criteria below. The winner will be announced on 24 October at the Open Science Festival in Groningen. The jury consists of Anna van \u2018t Veer (Leiden), Hubert Krekels (WUR) and Maurits van der Graaf (Pleiade). <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The criteria for the Award are:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Open Science initiative is (at least partly) of Dutch origin (an internationally focused initiative is allowed, of course);<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The initiative is not older than 5 years;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Criteria for assessing the Open Science initiative: bold and\/or inspiring and\/or innovative and\/or impactful and\/or mobilising.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The prize consists of a memento.
