Goal

The Public Services working group deals with the transition from the physical library to a Library Learning Centre. The Public Services working group deals with the transition from the physical library to a Library Learning Centre. The Public Services working group meets four times a year.

Tasks

  • Advising UKB on desired cooperation in public services
  • Advising other UKB working groups on interfaces with public services
  • Participating in the realisation the UKB work programme for topics in the field of public services
  • Presenting progress in cooperation in UKB meetings
  • Mutually exchanging practices and developments Identifying best practices
  • Advising the Advisory working group and the GII steering committee on Interlibrary Loan infrastructure.
